Veggie help needed!

I am a super picky eater and since we have moved to the country (one month now and counting), I have really been trying to focus on eating healthier foods and opening up my food repertoire.  Thankfully, my almost two year old Luna is already on track.  She eats hummus like it’s going out of style, veggies, and even enjoys Brie. I should mention I am obsesssssssed with cheese so I expose her to random cheeses all of the time.  HOWEVER, I have never been a veggie fan but since we basically have a farm walking distance from our new house, I need to get on board. Any suggestions for a new veggie eater? Maybe your favorite or favorite way to eat a certain vegetable?  Be gentle.
